On January 13, 2025, a compassionate relief effort took place in Brgy. Mana, Malita, Davao Occidental, to assist families impacted by severe flooding that struck the region on December 27, 2024. This disaster, caused by the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), resulted in widespread flooding and landslides, leaving approximately 800 families displaced. The Office of Civil Defense-Davao reported that three barangays in Malita were heavily affected, with around 877 families in urgent need of assistance.

Thanks to Chrestian Amor, the Branch Manager of ML Malita, the team established contact with the local government unit of Brgy. Mana. This collaboration enabled M Lhuillier to deliver essential relief goods to the community. To ensure organized distribution, Ma'am Soly Cameros, a teacher at Benjamin National High School, assisted by issuing claim stubs so that each family received the necessary aid.

The operation was further supported by OPEC President of the Davao Region, Ma’am Kathleya Mae Pearl Tabora, along with her dedicated officers: RJ Tabugon, John Arnel Desierto, Julie Mae Yap, Dexter Magno, Angelyn Castanares, and Bengie Franklin Ramos. Together, they worked tirelessly to distribute goods to families in need.
