At the heart of M Lhuillier's unwavering commitment to community upliftment lies the "Alagang KapaMLya" project – an initiative headed by M Lhuillier’s OPEC Batangan chapter that aims to support families facing challenging circumstances and provide them with the necessary resources to improve their living conditions.

The recent beneficiary of this life-changing program was the Patulot family, residents of Barangay Namunga in Rosario, Batangas. The family's circumstances had become increasingly difficult, with the father, Randy Patulot, working as a buko juice vendor and the mother, Isay Patulot, unable to work due to the medical condition of their son, Alias Indio.

Recognizing the family's plight, the "Alagang KapaMLya" project stepped in to offer a lifeline. The team generously donated essential items such as a bed, pillows, milk, diapers, rice, biscuits, and an electric fan, ensuring the Patulot family's basic needs were met. Additionally, they provided the family with a small business opportunity to help sustain their livelihood.

The touching handover ceremony was attended by the OPEC officers, with residents of Barangay Namunga joining in the celebration. The happiness and relief on the faces of the Patulot family were a testament to the profound impact of this initiative, showcasing the power of corporate partnership and community support to transform lives.

Through the "Alagang KapaMLya" project, M Lhuillier has demonstrated their unwavering commitment to being the "Tulay ng PaMLyang Pilipino" – the Bridge of the Filipino Family. By uplifting the Patulot family and providing them with a lifeline, they have woven a tapestry of hope and empathy, setting an inspiring example for others to follow.
