M Lhuillier has long served as a silent yet powerful lifeline — not just through its financial services, but through its unwavering commitment to blood donation advocacy. For years, the company has organized and supported bloodletting activities across the country, earning the trust and gratitude of communities and healthcare institutions alike.
Long before blood donation became a widely promoted cause, M Lhuillier recognized the urgent need for a safe and sufficient blood supply in the Philippines. The company stepped up — not for publicity, but out of genuine compassion.
Through annual bloodletting drives, M Lhuillier employees, customers, and volunteers have united with one goal: to save lives. These events have grown into more than just corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts — they have become traditions of hope, where donors become everyday heroes, and recipients are given second chances at life.
In line with this advocacy, the OPEC Negros South Alliance participated in a community bloodletting activity held in Barangay Zamora, Pontevedra, while OPEC Dagyang collaborated with the Philippine Red Cross and Ramon Tabiana District Hospital. These efforts resulted in the collection of nearly 70 and 150 bags of blood, respectively. Each successful drive means more lives saved — and more families kept whole.
At the heart of this movement are M Lhuillier employees — not just workers, but champions of the community. Many of them volunteer their time, donate blood, manage logistics, and even encourage customers to take part in the cause.
These moments of unity reflect the company’s culture: compassion, service, and bayanihan.
M Lhuillier: More than a name — a lifeline.
