On August 16, 2024, M Lhuillier Cares Foundation, in collaboration with OPEC Kulintang, proudly launched a transformative livelihood project in Lower Paatan, Kabacan, North Cotabato. This initiative is specifically designed to empower beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), providing them with essential skills to foster economic independence.
