A New Chapter: The Renovation of the School Gate
September 23, 2024
After years of dedicated service, the time has come for the school gate—an essential structure that has protected countless students—to retire. Age and wear have taken their toll, making it crucial to replace this vital facility. The school gate not only safeguards students from unauthorized individuals but also ensures their safety as they come and go.
In a commendable effort to enhance school security, M Lhuillier OPEC MARIZON has initiated the project titled "Tarangkahan Para sa mga Kabataan, Si M ang Daan," benefiting hundreds of learners. This initiative aims to create a safer environment for students as they engage in both academic and extracurricular activities.
The OPEC Marizon team has been instrumental in implementing programs that prioritize the safety of children in their school surroundings. By providing a new gate, they are helping students feel secure as they navigate their daily educational journey, preparing them for a bright future. This partnership with MLhuillier demonstrates their commitment to community welfare under the motto “MLhuillier—Lahat Sigurado.”
The project turnover was made a success through the collaborative efforts of Regional Manager Sir Menard Baranda, area managers, OPEC officers, and dedicated SEL employees, all of whom devoted their time and resources to this important cause. With the new school gate in place, students can now pursue their education with a renewed sense of safety and confidence, marking a significant step forward in their academic journey.
