Through ML Operation Libreng Tuli, the officers of M Lhuillier OPEC Lakan came together to provide free and safe medical circumcision to young boys in the barangay. More than a health service, the initiative was designed to guide boys through an important rite of passage, one grounded in compassion, dignity, and support.
