M Lhuillier Brings Love and Hope to Rescued Animals

M Lhuillier, through OPEC Kalayaan, extended a helping hand to Paw-raiso Animal Shelter in Barangay Mulawin, Tanza, Cavite, through its heartfelt outreach initiative, “Fur-ever Care for Paw-raiso Animal Shelter.” The activity was dedicated to supporting rescued animals and the people who tirelessly care for them. More than assisting, the initiative carried a meaningful message: even the smallest act of kindness can bring comfort and hope to animals who have experienced hardship and are waiting for a better tomorrow.

As part of the initiative, OPEC Kalayaan donated essential supplies, including vitamins, anti-parasitic medicines, cleaning materials, rice, and vegetables to help support the shelter's daily needs. The team also prepared tokens of appreciation for the dedicated caretakers who devote their time and energy to looking after the rescued animals. Behind every animal slowly learning to trust again are compassionate individuals who continue to provide care, patience, and affection. Their efforts serve as a reminder that love is not always expressed through words but through simple actions that make another's life a little better.

Founded by the couple Brian Paolo Blanca and Joanna Bren Blanca, Paw-raiso Animal Shelter began its rescue efforts in 2022 before formally establishing its shelter in February 2026. What started as a desire to help animals in need grew into a haven where rescued animals could receive the attention and care they deserve. Their journey reflects the power of compassion and the belief that every animal, regardless of its condition or past, deserves an opportunity to experience kindness. The turnover ceremony was also attended by Barangay Captain Tricia Lubigan, whose presence highlighted the importance of community support in initiatives that promote animal welfare.

Through “Fur-ever Care,” M Lhuillier OPEC Kalayaan continue to show that meaningful community service extends beyond helping people; it also means caring for the vulnerable animals that share our world. While donations help provide for their immediate needs, the compassion behind every contribution carries a lasting message of hope.
