Education is a ticket to a better job.” On August 12, 2024, M Lhuillier’s OPEC Last Frontier team proudly marked a significant milestone by officially turning over an additional classroom to Sicsican Elementary School. Nestled along the South National Highway in Puerto Princesa City, this school serves nearly 2,397 eager learners, making it a vital educational hub in the community.
The day began with clear skies and a warm sun, setting the perfect backdrop for this meaningful event. The OPEC Last Frontier officers embarked on a 30-minute journey to the school, filled with anticipation and a sense of purpose. Their mission went beyond just the classroom; it was about empowering the next generation through improved educational facilities.
Upon arrival, the team was greeted with warm smiles from the school staff and students. They quickly got to work, unloading a variety of generous giveaways from their vehicle. These included a state-of-the-art computer set with a printer, which will enhance the school's technological capabilities, M Lhuillier bags filled with school supplies for the students, eco-friendly ML bags designed to promote environmental awareness, and high-quality ballpoint pens for the dedicated teachers and non-teaching staff.
