One such initiative was the Medical Mission conducted by M Lhuillier's OPEC Capital group in Brgy. 169 Zone 15 District 2, Gagalangin, Tondo, Manila, despite the challenging weather conditions caused by Typhoon Egay. The OPEC Capital team, in collaboration with Generica and Clinica Anzures, ensured that over a hundred patients were successfully treated during the event. 

M Lhuillier's commitment to community well-being was further highlighted through its partnership with the Red Cross Philippines to commemorate National Blood Donor Month 2023 with a bloodletting event titled "Dugo Ko-Karugtong ng Buhay Mo" (My Blood, the Extension of Your Life). The event, hosted by OPEC MARIZON and sponsored by M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. (MLFSI), brought together a diverse group of enthusiastic participants, including MLFSI employees and representatives, who answered the call to save lives through blood donation.

The success of this blood donation drive was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the organizers. In February 2023, M Lhuillier, led by OPEC La Lagoon, the Nagcarlan Local Government Unit, and the Philippine Red Cross, organized another successful blood donation drive at the Municipal Evacuation Center in Nagcarlan, Laguna. Titled "Dugong Bigay, Sagip Buhay," the event collected a total of 57 bags of blood from the generous and committed donors who answered the call to help.

Also highlighting M Lhuillier's commitment to community well-being through a medical mission organized by its OPEC Kulintang team in January 2023 at a local parish in Sto. Nino de Praga Parish, Matalam, North Cotabato. This event provided free medical check-ups and distributed supplies to 160 residents, exceeding the initial expectation of 100 participants.
