In January 2023, M Lhuillier organized a Coastal Cleanup Drive in Sarangani Province, engaging over 70 individuals from various organizations to remove trash and debris from beaches and waterways. This initiative aimed to address the growing problem of marine plastic pollution.

Recognizing the importance of healthy ecosystems, M Lhuillier's OPEC Norte team led a tree planting project in Barangay Purok 5, San Jose, Cebu City in May 2023.
