Cultivating a Greener Future

M Lhuillier demonstrated its unwavering commitment to environmental stewardship through a series of impactful initiatives across the Philippines. From coastal cleanups to tree planting and mangrove restoration, the company's efforts have catalyzed positive change and mobilized diverse stakeholders to work towards a sustainable future.

In January 2023, M Lhuillier organized a Coastal Cleanup Drive in Sarangani Province, engaging over 70 individuals from various organizations to remove trash and debris from beaches and waterways. This initiative aimed to address the growing problem of marine plastic pollution.

Recognizing the importance of healthy ecosystems, M Lhuillier's OPEC Norte team led a tree planting project in Barangay Purok 5, San Jose, Cebu City in May 2023. The team planted 500 seedlings, including narra and molave trees, to improve air quality, filter out harmful particles, and absorb pollutants.

Furthering its environmental efforts, M Lhuillier's OPEC SAWOT organization spearheaded a mangrove planting initiative in Balamban, Cebu in October 2023. This project aimed to restore and protect the coastal ecosystem, enhancing the region's resilience.

In another collaborative effort, the M Lhuillier OPEC Lingap-Lugud team, in partnership with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) PENRO Pampanga, organized a tree planting initiative called "Project HOPE 2" at Mt. Arayat in Pampanga on October 13, 2023. The team planted 300 seedlings to restore the natural landscape and inspire environmental stewardship.

These initiatives demonstrate M Lhuillier's unwavering commitment to creating a greener, more resilient future. By mobilizing diverse stakeholders and driving meaningful change, the company has positioned itself as a leader in environmental conservation and sustainability.
