Republic Act 10627 required all Elementary and Secondary Schools to adopt policies to prevent and address the acts of bullying in their institution. Under the Child Policy Protection Program, anti-bullying is under its umbrella. Students are educated by the resource speaker in person of Ms. Sally V. Tablazon, a 1st Class Public School Teacher and a Child Policy Protection Coordinator. The speaker emphasis that bullying is prohibited by law. She educates everyone that even a simple jokes that can hurt other is a form of bullying. She encourage every students to be a Buddy and not a Bully. 

After the discussion of the speaker, the team OPEC T’nalak handed over a set of computer with printer and selected students received their own school bags and school supplies.
