Before 2021 ends, excitement for the coming year holds a lot of expectations. These expectations hold surprises, which M Lhuillier wants to provide as it continues its BuligEskwelaProject, an advocacy worthy to share. OPEC Dagyang is always ready for the year 2022 as it continues to touch hearts of every child, parent and the whole school community through providing educational assistance.

Last December 22, 2021, OPEC Dagyangended its BuligEskwela 2021 journey as it turned-over the promised gifts for Marcelo Serag Memorial School. The school is located in Barangay Cubay, San Joaquin, a southern-most municipality of Iloilo. This little school community that sheltered the 130 pupils is situated on a semi mountainous area of the municipality. The turnover is headed by the OPEC President Mr. Paul F. Herrera together with Area ManagersMr. Ildefonso G. Morin and Ms. Rica S. Torrato and Opec officers.

The school’s surroundings are very conducive for learning as trees and fresh airs are on the scene. However, the school has insufficient school facilities. One of the important school facilities that the school was lacking is the hand washing area, which is the requirement for the school’s standard of rating. OPEC Dagyang formally turned over the hand washing area and the a tote bags with ML T-shirt and ML Towels for teachers.  The school principal, Ms. Rosario A. Salvillo considered the company as the partner in improving the school's facilities. Thus, the school appreciate how M Lhuillier has taken part on their development because they are nominated to SBM-WINS finalist. 

After the whole productive day, gratitude and thank you messages from the school added up for the OPEC Dagyang’s continuous motivation. Gratitude is nothing but a very genuine gift.
